My Story
I’ve always been drawn to helping others find strength during life’s most challenging moments. My journey began with a passion for understanding human behavior, which led me to earn a degree in psychology with minors in social work and gender studies. From there, I pursued my graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling, driven by a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life—survivors of trauma, individuals overcoming addiction, adolescents navigating identity, and families seeking connection. Whether I’m offering advocacy in the community or sitting with a client in therapy, my focus is always the same: to listen deeply, hold space without judgment, and support growth through evidence-based care and authentic connection.
Every client brings a unique story, and it’s an honor to be trusted with their journey. My mission is to offer hope, healing, and practical tools that empower people to reclaim their lives.
