My Story
My journey into mental health counseling began with a deep desire to help people feel seen, heard, and supported through life’s challenges. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, helping them navigate everything from anxiety and depression to trauma, loss, and life transitions.
With a professional career based on years of education in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and years of hands-on experience, I’ve learned that healing looks different for everyone, and that true change happens when we feel safe enough to explore, reflect, and grow. This work continues to inspire me every day, witnessing people rediscover their inner strength, shift old patterns, and move toward lives that feel more balanced, meaningful, and authentic.
Outside of my work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and embracing the small, grounding moments that bring joy and connection.
If you're ready to take that next step, I’m here and honored to be part of your journey.
