My Story

My journey into counseling began with a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. With a background in applied psychology and school counseling, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals of all ages in achieving emotional balance and personal growth.

Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I believe that every person’s story is unique, which is why I take an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy. By combining evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing with compassion and understanding, I strive to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic experience.

I aim to make therapy both effective and approachable. My easygoing personality—and occasional use of humor—helps clients feel comfortable and supported as they work toward meaningful change.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. Some of my favorite activities include soccer, tennis, mountain biking, kayaking, snowboarding, and hiking. I also love cooking and listening to music, which bring balance and joy to my life.

I look forward to helping you on your journey toward healing, growth, and well-being.
