My Story

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor (LCSW-QS) with more than 20 years of social work experience. For the past 12 years, I have supported individuals and families in hospital settings, including maternal-fetal care, obstetric emergency services, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and the NICU. My experience also includes therapy, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, case management, crisis support, discharge planning, and group work. As a preceptor and qualified supervisor, I enjoy helping social workers strengthen their skills and grow professionally.

I work with adults and older adults, women and families navigating pregnancy and postpartum concerns, NICU experiences, perinatal loss, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. I welcome clients from LGBTQIA+ communities and anyone seeking a supportive space to work through personal challenges.

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw on strengths-based, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)-informed strategies, tailoring our conversations and goals to your needs. I strive to create a respectful, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, recognize your strengths, and build practical tools for moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
